Company History

Paul Hardy started his real estate career in May of 1993, after a brief career in banking. After 10 years of working with another company, Paul decided it was time to blaze his own trail. In October of 2003, Paul Hardy Properties started as a real estate appraisal and sales firm based in the back room of the Hardy home in Wiggins. After a couple years of growing the business, the need to relocate the office had come. It had been a dream of Paul’s to have an office on Pine Hill in downtown Wiggins. The dream came true in August, 2005. Paul signed a purchase agreement; then came Katrina. The purchase was not complete until October, 2005. After the storm, Paul and the seller granted permission to a food pantry for hurricane relief to operate in the building. The relief service relocated in December and renovations began. The repairs and renovations were completed approximately a year later, and the office relocated to its current location on Pine Hill. During the renovation process, the company doubled in size by adding to the staff. Charlie Acklin joined the sales team in October, 2006.

Services Offered

We focus on sales and listings of all types of properties (residential, commercial, vacant land) in South Mississippi. Our primary focus is the Wiggins/Stone County market. Our motto is “Helping You Make Stone County Home”. Residential and vacant land appraisal services are also offered for lending institutions.
